While I do prefer the velvet triangles, these sponge wedges are great to have too. They spread the make-up evenly, and gets into the crevices on my face. They're small enough to carry around, and I use one wedge for two days, one side for each day. The colors are very pretty, and there's plenty of these wedges to last a while. I love this product. I highly recommend.
