I tried this out when making scrambled eggs and they were so fluffy! I used a glass measuring cup for the eggs and I also used it to mix flour and water for gravy in a stainless steel pan, and both worked great. It fills a one cup measuring cup, so it is a little bigger than expected and I'm going to find a smaller one for things like a couple of eggs. It's a keeper for me!UPDATE - Reducing this to 1 star because the inside is rusting and getting rust in the food! I have used it maybe 4-5 times, and each time I washed it and let it air dry before putting it away in the drawer. I used it this morning and rusty water ran down it into the food I was preparing. Disappointed.
