Had it for a year already in my froyo store. After 3 months, the container bottom started to rust. Very difficult to clean as you cant remove the parts. The grooves are also deep; requires q-tips to clean the rust/ooze. Because the polycarbonate container has metal gears on the bottom, if the container doesnt dry properly/immediately, the container WILL rust.The blender itself is ok. Sometimes my smoothie recipes get stuck halfway during blending, but the same recipe works fine in a vitamix. Its also definetely not as quiet as the Vitamix "The Quiet One". I highly recommed the vitamix over this one. Would attach photos of the rust but not sure how to do it.Working greatVery nice Hamilton Beach blender would definitely buy from seller againthe bleder machine is great but the real problem is the pitchers after several times of using it on our store the pitcher starts to leak at the buttom and you cannot able to fix it bcoz it cannot be dis assemble. The buttom part of the blade also get rust it is so nasty bcoz the rust mixed with the smoothie. I dont recommend this bleder to anyone it will be only a bad buy for you.I own this blender and i found it to be fantastic, no problems with rust or leaky container, i would highly reccomend.
