Doesn't spill at all.Nice cups. Lid caps don’t fit that tightly, so keep a finger over it while shaking.Decent quality, lids leak a little when shaking to mix if not threaded correctly and tightly. Mixes better than I thought for not having the ball in the middle, had no protein clumps after a good shake. Numbers in ML and OZ on the side of the bottles make it easy for quick measuring.Bottom Line / Overall Opinion:To be honest, these worked better than I expected. I was a bit skeptical about how well the screen mechanism would work vs a normal shaker cup blender ball, but surprisingly I didn't seem to have much trouble blending my beverages. The only major con I have is that the ridges on the inside of the cup sometimes make cleaning by hand a bit difficult. Still, I think it is a good buy overall. Definitely good value for the price.Pros:- Solid construction- Larger size- Lid is designed well, works well and feels secure- Screen actually works pretty well when trying to shake up powdered supplementsCons:- Vertical raised ridges inside of the cup make cleaning somewhat difficult. I've noticed protein powder get stuck in the corner of the crevices and sometimes it is difficult to scrub off.- Screen doesn't always seat into the correct position very easily. Sometimes goes on crooked and you have to try a few times before getting it right.I found these work well for protein shakes. Easy to clean up. The screw top is excellent. I hate bottles with press-on lids as they splatter when you remove them. Flip-top lid stays sealed yet is easy to open for drinking.Easy enough to drink out of. Be careful, my shake clung to the flip top lid a little, and when I took a drink out of the bottle, it dripped from the flip cap.I do find the dark bottles make it a little hard for me to see the measurement markings on the side of the container. I used a sharpie marker to mark my water line for myself.The 5-pack is nice. I have one at work and use one at home. I will probably gift the others. I don't have a dishwasher, so everything gets hand washed right away; nothing sits dirty in a dishwasher.I drink a homemade protein shake almost everyday, and I get tired of washing my three blender bottles. I was a bit skeptical that these bottles would work as well as a blender bottle, but they actually work better for my uses. I mix protein powder with collagen powder, and the collagen powder tends to clump especially in cold milk. These shaker bottles work great to blend in the collagen powder! It also seems to take less effort to mix. My protein shakes in these bottles.I now use these bottles every day, and it’s awesome to have five of them so that I can prepare multiple protein shakes at once and put them in the fridge. These bottles do great in the dishwasher or you can wash them by hand. The shaker insert is much more convenient than the spiral metal blender balls that tend to get stuck together if you’re washing more than one of them at a time.When I ordered these shaker cups, I figured they were just like others with a spring that shakes through the cup. I was surprised and a bit skeptical when I realized it has more of a cage that sits in the rim of the cup. Tried them out and WOW, I think they work better than the ball or spring style. even keeps your ice cubes from coming up to the opening. I tried with both water flavor packets and Spark Energy suppliments. A lot less shaking and no annoying rattle! great Price on these too for a 5 pack!Fantastic product and great value! The lid is secure, and the screen works well. I put ice cubes in it while I shake for a refreshing protein drink. The lid, screen, and bottle are all easy to clean. I don't have a dishwasher, so I wash by hand. The plastic is sturdy so this would have no problem going in the dishwasher. The numbers could be a little easier to read; they are the same color as the bottle, but no biggie. Can't beat the price. Also, I like that I can drink directly from the bottle. Would order again, but with multiple bottles, no need to. :)
